On May 10, 2010, Grand Tec held the recognition for the oustanding  workers, 6 emoployees were granted the award & certificate.
 
Grand Tec President Wade Lam congratulate the 6 awarded oustanding employees, he would like to encourage all employee through these recognition activities to demonstrate their talent to create value for the enterprise, Enterprise management, the core of the work is to be able to see which employees create more value for the enterprise, and thus to provide better conditions . The only way to make our business increase the cohesion and competitiveness, sustainable development. he also said that a business needs to improve the work of many, each post, each department takes a lot of effort to get promoted, He want all employees to learn and be an outstanding model workers, the creation of the value of the company.  At the same time, also to realize their value. We need an advanced recognition  to rise  the level of the entire enterprise strategy, to become an important part of the corporate culture. He hope the companies, departments,   as well as area within our workshop, encourage, and called on all employees become oustanding employees, in efforts to make contributions to their own posts, to contribute more to the enterprise and companies will return these contribution.
