Grand Tec held the Year 2012 Annual Awards Event

30 January 2013, the ceremony of Y2012 annual advanced individuals and departamental units awards was held at  Grand Tec Pingshan Industrial Park, more than 200 employees and 10 departments were won the awards.

Chairman Wade Lam and vice president Liu Baolong, Li Yaoying, Hu Zhigang were presented the certificates, banners and bonuses for the outstanding employees and departments.  251 employees and 10 departments were given the "outstanding staff award", "outstanding management award", "technical innovation award", "quality improvement award", "performance merit award", "safety award", ”energy saving award”, and "meritorious award".  Unlike previous years, this year they added "R&D design award" and "President's special award".  Quality Control Department Manager Ms. Luo Lizhen and Substrate Department Manager Mr. Wang Wei were awarded the first annual "President's special award”.
 
Since Ms. Luo Lizhen has took in-charge of Quality Control Department Manager since 2012, she rebuild the quality management team and has made outstanding achievements in quality systems, process control, tier two supplier management, NPI, PCN, ECN, three defenses, bar code systems and other works. What's more, it has recognized by customer.
 
Mr. Wang Wei, as Substrate Department Manager, led his team through effective technical innovation and carry out performance appraisal management system, constantly improve the cost performance of the substrate to achieve a good performance then become the best-performing department in Grand Tec.
 
Wade Lam, chairman of Grand Tec speech at the meeting: 
" the annual awards event is an element of Grand corporate culture, the purpose is not only affirmed everyone for their hard work in the past year, but also to encourage them to setting an example to guide all employees work together to make new performance and contribution. More importantly, it reflects that Grand's development need to rely on staff, especially the excellent employees and departments. I hope that in 2013, the award-winning staff can continue to build on their achievements and establish a benchmark role in their positions, continue to get better in 2013, realize their own value and grow together with Grand”.
