GIS126 Automatic 3rd Optical Inspection Machine is Grand Tech Group Ltd. independent innovation and high-tech visual inspection equipment in semi-conductor field based on market’s demands. GIS126 is the pioneering AOI work of fully automatic, double visual inspection after the WB wafer and Gold wire product quality in China. It integrates optical, mechanical and electrical in the automatic equipment field, with technology running at the forefront in similar products around the world. GIS126 has successfully been put into operation in KunShan ASE and SuZhou Good Ark received high appreciation. KunShan ASE has continued their order after trial.
