19  March to 21  March 2013, the 25th International Semiconductor Exhibits SEMICON China 2013 was held in Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Grand Technologies high-end exhibits display devices GIS129 tape automated optical inspection machines and GIS160 cut tendons sorter, highlight the company's innovative technology of refreshing industry's.

The GIS129 is high-end automation automated optical inspection equipment, specialized for the defects of reel heatsealing , and GIS160 is applicable to semiconductor packaging technology in plastic molding process with cut tendons between the IC defective excision . Both devices with  sleek design, optimize the structure and stable performance has won the praise of many customers, and began to enter the domestic and the world's leading semiconductor packaging and testing companies.。

Another events- 28  March 2013, "the 7th (2012) China Semiconductor Innovative Products and Technologies Project" ceremony held in Xi'an, "2013 annual meeting of China's semiconductor market and the second session IC Industry Innovation Conference" was held, the GIS126 Fully-auto 3rd Optical System has won the "seventh (2012) China semiconductor Innovative products and Technologies" award. Grand Technologies Vice President Louis Liu attended the ceremony and received the medal and certificate.

GIS126 Fully-auto 3rd Optical System was developed by Grand for the semiconductor front-wire technology testing equipment, visual inspection was the most important core technology. The project began to develop from 2011, has applied eight patents which include invention and innovation. (Nancy)
